Shipping policy

To all orders are added shipping costs that vary depending on weight and the country of delivery.

The shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment .

The orders will be shipped no later than 2 business day after receiving the payment, except if a product is out of stock; in this case you will be immediately contacted by our staff in order for us to know if you want to keep the order.

All orders are sent through the DHL Express as registered mail. From the moment the order is shipped, the time of delivery becomes the DHL Express responsibility. We are not responsible for delays in deliveries of orders due to reasons not related to Underwater-inc.
